Simplifying the checkout process
After the second round of usability testing, we decided that the order summary needed a bit more work.
Problems:
Screen doesn't allow for multiple items to be purchased
The screen feels crowded and unbalanced
Moderated testing insights:
Some participants mentioned not knowing how to cancel
Unclear where payment method had been pulled from or if/how it could be changed
Some participants missed the default payment method messaging

Solution:
Screen was divided into 3 steps
Copy was updated to make it clear what you're purchasing, what your payment method is and how to manage your subscription.
Today's payment sits above items to allow list to go off the screen
